1. The platform — nCompliance is a supplier compliance management tool. It does not certify or guarantee that any supplier is legally compliant.

2. Your content — you retain ownership of all documents you upload. nCompliance stores them solely to operate the platform.

3. Acceptable use — you may not upload false documents or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data.

4. Liability — nCompliance's liability is limited as set out in the full Terms of Service document.

5. Governing law — these Terms are governed by South African law.
